Data controller
Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Sylwia Szewczyk-Jankowska, Osiedle Książąt Mazowieckich 22/16, 06-500 Mława, Poland. For personal data enquiries: szewczykradca@gmail.com.
Contact and messages
The form prepares a draft locally in your browser. It does not send it to the office. Selecting the prepared email link passes the draft to your email app; you send the message yourself. Providing information is voluntary. Please agree a way to share documents or sensitive information before sending them.
Purposes and legal bases
Information received in correspondence is used to handle enquiries and, where applicable, take steps before entering into an agreement. Depending on the contact, the basis may be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or the controller’s legitimate interests in handling correspondence and protecting legal claims under Article 6(1)(f). Statutory obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). A legal engagement may require additional privacy information.
Retention and recipients
Retention is determined by the time needed to handle an enquiry, meet statutory duties and protect against claims, taking the applicable limitation periods into account. Authorised personnel and technical providers supporting hosting and email may have access where necessary to provide their services. Contact the controller for details of providers and any transfers outside the EEA.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. The scope of these rights depends on the legal basis and the controller’s statutory duties.
Cookies and external links
This version’s code does not store cookies or localStorage data and does not run analytics, advertising or profiling. Fonts and photographs are served locally. The map link opens Google Maps only when selected; no map is embedded. The hosting server may keep technical connection logs.
